The Ethiopian Medical Laboratory Association (EMLA) is one of the oldest nationwide professional associations in Ethiopia, officially registered with the Ministry of Justice in 1964, and re-registered by the Ethiopian Government Law of Charities and Society Proclamation No. 621.2009 to contribute to the improvement of national health programs in general and in the fields of laboratory medicine in particular.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program

EMLA has planned to offer Regular CPD Training on Accredited CPD Courses listed below (1-5) with 15 Continuing Educational Unit (CEU) each for Medical Laboratory Professionals on a Monthly basis  at the EMLA CPD Center in Dakamet Building, 5th floor in front of Addis Ketema Sub City Administration Office, Addis Ababa, 

All Medical Laboratory Professionals residing in Addis Ababa and the surrounding region are kindly invited to get register for your courses of interest above through online links emlaeth.org. We Prioritize the Training Schedule based on the Majority’s Preference of the Courses. We also provide Online several types of CPD short courses for Laboratory and Pathology professionals who would like to take the courses to their own preferences.
